the room was splendid and very comfortable, as I got the suite jr and was exactly what we needed. The parking lot was spacious enough for all the cars there and didn't have trouble finding a spot. The attention from the staff was excellent and they care about me and me wife.

The junior suite is very spacious and comfortable. the cleaning crew were very efficient and would have the room ready even if we left the hotel for a couple of hours.

The bed is so comfy. No noise The attention of some of the staff was so good. For us the Ubicación is so perfect.

Very good location if you are in that area of Monterrey, the staff was very polite and helpful upon a late arrival (10 pm) our room was ready and very clean, the restaurant was on short staff but they tended to all of our needs. Overall the experience was very good.
